Prison Break Fall Finale: “The Killing Box”
Poor Bellick, he’s pretty much screwed over (no pun intended). There’s a new warden at Fox River. Bellick thinks that by requesting time at Fox River he’ll be able to have a grand old time with his former guard friends. But, the warden is making an example of Bellick. No more preferential treatment! So, he’s been stuck in the general population. I’m wondering, is that the end of Bellick’s story? Or will T-Bag get caught one day and confess?
By the way things are going, T-Bag will have a million dollar house in California and free reign to kill whomever he pleases. It would seem that T-Bag-besides losing his hand-has really come out on top of things. He’s got a bag with a cool 5 million, he’s just found the house where his old flame used to live, and he’s back for revenge.
I know there are a lot of people out there that are really rooting for T-Bag, but he’s about on my last nerve. He’s smart, slimy, and resourceful. But, that doesn’t negate the fact that I’d love to see someone, anyone, put a bullet in his head.
Still no Haywire in this episode, he’s apparently just disappeared. No matter, my theory on that is that he’s out there so that in an
upcoming episode we can lose a “main character without actually losing any of the main characters. It’s just a matter of time for Haywire. Actually they could probably go throughout this whole season and not show him, because there are so many interesting things going on elsewhere he doesn’t really matter.
Who knew the border patrol could respond so fast? Apparently not Agent Mahone who was stopped before he had a chance to kill Michael and Lincoln. That’s bad for Mahone because the mysterious Agent Kim keeps threatening to release information about Oscar Shales, the ex-convict that Mahone has buried in his back yard under a birdbath.
I really was thrown for a loop during the first forty minutes of this episode. As I’ve been saying all along, someone is going to switch sides be it Kellerman or Mahone. As we all found out Kellerman is pretty ticked off about having his life erased. I just didn’t think it would take Kellerman that long and set up such an elaborate escape plan. And I had NO idea he’d take out Mahone in the process.
I thought the ending was great. But, it seems as if the hiatus is truly going to take effect and we’ll all be waiting until January to find out what happens.
Just a question: Did anyone recognize the man in the shadows that finally showed his face at the end? The man that was with Mr. Kim. Here’s a screencap of him.

Until next year…

Yeah Kellerman, he knew he was a goner so he switched sides or so we thought. Maybe he’s trying to get close to Michael to get to Sara coz she still has the key. But then again, the preview showed him telling Linc about the guy he supposedly killed. Whewww.

Who is mr. kim?

Isnt the silent man the new warden?

mahone’s wearing a bullet-proof vest. mahone’s not dead. kellerman gained his identity and trust back by putting this brilliant “fake death” plan together to gain the trust of michael and linc. michael’s going to lead kellerman to sara who will lead them all to the condemning video that will pardon linc.

Was the man with Mr. Kim the original president?

I’m thinking that Mahone’s dead for sure, but mike may be right…anyhow, I see trouble sparking in the fact that T-bag is back for revenge with the girl, something’s gonna just go bad for him there. Good think Kellerman stepped up to the plate, I thought Michael was going to use his words to get out of it and say “There’s a way out of all this for all of us for good, etc.” Til next year!

MY THOUGHTS:
Mahone: I don’t think that the writers would kill off Mahone that easily - he’s still alive. Besides, there’s still the storylines about him taking those drugs (whatever they are) and the murder of Oscar Shales. They have to tie up those loose ends and hold Mahone accountable.
Kellerman: I have the sneaking suspicion that the Kellerman switching sides thing is a set-up. He loves working for the President so he’s going to earn Lincoln and Michael’s trust then betray them to prove himself worthy to be back with the government. Also, what do you think Sarah’s reaction is going to be when she sees him with Michael and Linc? What’s he going to say to her? “Uh, sorry about that whole waterboarding interrogation thing. We cool?”
T-Bag: He’s so frickin’ smart and some of his one-liners are priceless but if he kills that woman from whom he’s seeking revenge, I want the writers to end his life in a very made-for-primetime-TV way.
Sarah: A bad razorblade haircut does not make for a new identity.
Mr. Kim: He’s awesome. I hope he dies.
Aldo’s Posse: They’ll step in and help Michael and Linc when Kellerman is about to turn against them.
THE RETURN OF PRISON BREAK: On January 22nd, 2007, we’ll see how right (or possibly wrong) I am.
Cheers!

You forget that the ex-con isn’t buried under Mahone’s birdbath anymore. He moved the body in a previous episode.

Wow, thank you everyone for all the comments. Let me see if I can respond to all of them.
Dexie: A lot of people have been mentioning that Mahone killing Kellerman was all part of the plan to get close to Michael and Lincoln. Personally I don’t think it is. But, we’ll see.
Who: Mr. Kim is the man that’s always threatening Kellerman and Mahone over the phone. He’s the Chinese looking man.
Jesse: No the silent man isn’t the new warden. I’m going to post screenshots of both of them, you’ll be able to see it isn’t him.
Mike: You may be onto something, but I hope you’re not right
Jon: I’ll have to check up on that. I don’t think it is though.
Gaz: I don’t think Mahone is dead for sure, but I do think that Kellerman was acting alone when he tired killing Mahone.
CeaserHans: Thanks.
Vishala: Great recap of all the characters. I think you’re right with Mahone. And I love how you wrote about Mr. Kim “He’s Awesome. Hope he dies.” I think Linc will put an end to Mr. Kim sometime down the road.
Jack: In a later episode we saw Mahone dig up Oscar Shales, yes. But, we never actually saw if he did move him. So, I guess we’ll see.
Thanks again for everyone that stopped by and commented.
