Prison Break Recap for February 5, 2007

by

Last night’s episode was filled with action, love and secrets.

What would possess Linc and Michael to continue to work with Kellerman after Sarah tells them that he left her to drown. They should have killed him right then and there and left him to die. I know that sounds harsh but he is a shady character and I dont believe that he is true to helping Linc and Michael. He is up to no good and it is only a matter of time before the truth comes out.

I am hoping T-Bag is the next fugitive to be captured or even killed. The pure torture he is putting Susan and her children through is horrid. No one, especially kids, deserve to be put through that hell.

What kind of prison lets a man out of prison to do a job for an FBI agent? And he was given access to a truck and a gun. Bellick is a crazy man but he is in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. Although he does a great job posing as an FBI Agent Malone. I don’t think working with Agent Malone is in his best interest, however. Agent Malone is a snake in the grass and everything he does benefits one person…..HIM!

C-Note may be a fugitive on the run, but he truly cares about his daughter, Dede. With his wife, Kacee, behind bars for keeping her fugitive husband.

I wonder what next week’s epiosde will bring!

I Hate Hiatuses!

by

Can I just say how much I’m hating this hiatus Prison Break is on right now.

It’s partly bugging me because the only “Prison Break” news is Lane Garrison plowing his SUV into a tree and killing a teenager. Now it’s come out he was drinking, and he’s also hired a really powerful defense attorney…Blah, blah, blah. Garrison isn’t even on the show anymore and I’m still talking about him on this site, it’s making me mad.

I just want the hiatus done and over with. It’s killing me.

It’s finally come out, “Tweener” was drunk when he crashed.

by

I knew it’d come out sooner or later, that Lane Garrison who played “Tweener” on Prison Break was indeed drinking before he got into a car and drove only to end up hitting a tree and killing one of his passengers.

According to TMZ, when alcohol at the party was running low, the eyewitnesses said Garrison agreed to drive and buy more, taking Setian and the two girls with him. After several hours passed and the group had not returned, partygoers went looking for them and discovered the accident.

So it seems he actually got in the wreck while trying to get more alcohol for the party. My question is why was this guy partying with teenagers. He’s 24, the girl that was killed was 17. Maybe there was a bit more going on than just underage drinking, but that’s all pure speculation by me.

Anyway, this story has been talked about and talked about relentlessly on the net, so this is all the time I’ll spend on it.

Stinking hiatuses, making me talk about actors that have already been killed off the show. Let’s get this show rolling again so we have some good stuff to talk about.

Spoiler Fix

by

Well, in the absence of Prison Break for the rest of this year, we can all still get our fix of Prison Break Spoilers at Spoilerfix.com (if you’re into that sort of thing).

Spoilerfix has great insight about what’s going to happen, in detail when the second half of the season returns next year. If you’re wanting a little insight, or if you’re like me and are just impatient, then head on over and check out the SPOILERS.

Some of them may shed some light on who this guy is:

“Tweener” (Lane Garrison) Involved in Fatal Car Accident

by

I wont really go too far into this story since it’s everywhere on the web right now.

The actor who played “Tweener,” who was just recently killed off Prison Break, was involved in a car accident. He struck a tree and ended up killing one of his teenage passengers.

There’s not much else to say about this story. Just to ask, why in the world was a 24-year-old transporting a bunch of teenagers?

Pros and ‘Cons’ (no pun intended) of Prison Break on TV Bender

by

Fellow 451press blogger Muhammad has become disillusioned with the current state of Prison Break. He’s hopped off the wagon of fans. He’s written an article about how and why Prison Break couldn’t keep his attention, and subsequently him as a regular viewer.

Well, in the spirit of fun and showing someone the error of their ways I’ve written a rebuttle that can be found over on TV Bender. You can check out the ‘Whys’ and ‘Why nots’ of why we continue (or in his case discontinued) to watch Prison Break.

Whose side are you on?

The Official Prison Break Press Release

THE “BREAK IS OVER WHEN

“PRISON BREAK RETURNS FOR MORE NONSTOP ACTION

BEGINNING MONDAY, JANUARY 22, ON FOX

Series Returns with One-Hour Special Recapping Season Two
Following its action-packed Fall Finale on Monday, Nov. 27 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), PRISON BREAK returns with all-original episodes for the rest of the season, beginning Monday, Jan. 22 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) with a special one-hour recap of Season Two’s first 13 episodes. The final episodes of the season will air without repeats beginning Monday, Jan. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

After engineering a daring escape from FOX River Penitentiary, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller), his wrongly convicted brother Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) and six other convicts began the race of their lives to avoid capture and ultimately death at the hands of Alexander Mahone (William Fichtner), the FBI agent in charge of the nationwide manhunt. Michael remains determined to prove his brother’s innocence and reveal the conspiracy that put him on death row, and he and Lincoln have stayed one step ahead of Mahone, who has been revealed to be part of the Company that framed Lincoln in the first place.

In the exciting Fall Finale on Monday, Nov. 27, T-Bag (Robert Knepper) goes postal, determined to track down a missing Mrs. Hollander. Sucre’s (Amaury Nolasco) escape plane faces deadly turbulence while Bellick (Wade Williams) has the tables turned on him upon returning to Fox River. Michael and Lincoln are taken into custody, forcing Mahone and Kellerman (Paul Adelstein) to take drastic measures to ensure that the brothers make it to the prison’s morgue instead of their cells. And a surprising ally changes the game for everyone.

PRISON BREAK is an Adelstein-Parouse Production in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Paul Scheuring, Matt Olmstead, Marty Adelstein, Dawn Parouse, Neal Moritz, Kevin Hooks and Brett Ratner (“X-Men: The Last Stand) are executive producers. Zack Estrin is co-executive producer.

**THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRESS RELEASE FOR PRISON BREAK. SENT STRAIGHT FROM FOX TO ME. NOTHING HAS BEEN ADDED OR TAKEN AWAY.**

Prison Break on Yahoo! TV

Yahoo! TV is starting to look really, really nice. They’ve got a standalone Prison Break section. Go over and have a gander at it. Videos, interviews, all sorts of goodies for us fans. I’m really digging the new Yahoo! TV.

Prison Break Fall Finale: “The Killing Box”

by

Poor Bellick, he’s pretty much screwed over (no pun intended). There’s a new warden at Fox River. Bellick thinks that by requesting time at Fox River he’ll be able to have a grand old time with his former guard friends. But, the warden is making an example of Bellick. No more preferential treatment! So, he’s been stuck in the general population. I’m wondering, is that the end of Bellick’s story? Or will T-Bag get caught one day and confess?

By the way things are going, T-Bag will have a million dollar house in California and free reign to kill whomever he pleases. It would seem that T-Bag-besides losing his hand-has really come out on top of things. He’s got a bag with a cool 5 million, he’s just found the house where his old flame used to live, and he’s back for revenge.

I know there are a lot of people out there that are really rooting for T-Bag, but he’s about on my last nerve. He’s smart, slimy, and resourceful. But, that doesn’t negate the fact that I’d love to see someone, anyone, put a bullet in his head.

Still no Haywire in this episode, he’s apparently just disappeared. No matter, my theory on that is that he’s out there so that in an upcoming episode we can lose a “main character without actually losing any of the main characters. It’s just a matter of time for Haywire. Actually they could probably go throughout this whole season and not show him, because there are so many interesting things going on elsewhere he doesn’t really matter.

Who knew the border patrol could respond so fast? Apparently not Agent Mahone who was stopped before he had a chance to kill Michael and Lincoln. That’s bad for Mahone because the mysterious Agent Kim keeps threatening to release information about Oscar Shales, the ex-convict that Mahone has buried in his back yard under a birdbath.

I really was thrown for a loop during the first forty minutes of this episode. As I’ve been saying all along, someone is going to switch sides be it Kellerman or Mahone. As we all found out Kellerman is pretty ticked off about having his life erased. I just didn’t think it would take Kellerman that long and set up such an elaborate escape plan. And I had NO idea he’d take out Mahone in the process.

I thought the ending was great. But, it seems as if the hiatus is truly going to take effect and we’ll all be waiting until January to find out what happens.

Just a question: Did anyone recognize the man in the shadows that finally showed his face at the end? The man that was with Mr. Kim. Here’s a screencap of him.

Until next year…

Preview for Tonight’s Episode “The Killing Box.”

by

Barring any unforeseen announcements by FOX it seems that tonight’s episode, “The Killing Box” will sadly be the last episode until 2007. All recent sources are pointing to a planned hiatus. I’m sorry for getting anyone’s hopes up about Prison Break not going on hiatus, but it seems that it is now.

The description from TV.com:

Bellick is anything but happy about his sudden homecoming—to Fox River.

Elsewhere, Michael and Lincoln might face a homecoming of their own. Mahone and Kellerman use everything they got to make certain that Michael and Lincoln do not get through their road trip alive.

Sucre’s getaway plane encounters some difficulties. T-Bag closes on Mrs. Hollander.

Truthfully I’m really up in the air about what’s going to take place tonight. But, I’m sure we’ll all be left hanging.

One good thing is that apparently Prison Break was slated to come back from hiatus in March (like last year) but will be returning in January after 24 premieres. At least we wont have to wait until March :)
